To take responsibility to be the person that is the leader of my team. To help my vision come to life and be successful at it, I will need to reach my goals and gain knowledge. My wiliness to help others find their goals in life and them to accomplish them. â€Å"Your work is going to fill a large part of your life, and the only way to be truly satisfied is to do what you believe is great work. And the only way to do great work is to love what you do.† Once said by a brilliant man Steve Jobs, Apple Inc. co-founder, chairman and CEO. This quote expired myself to create a truly satisfied place that I want to work and will love doing. I was always taught that if I ever want to own my own business that I needed to be dedicated to my business, skills I have that will help yours truly and love doing. I have thought about what business I want to start for a long time then it came to myself. I want to create a business that I can expand so it can grow into my vision. â€Å"See things in the present, even if they are in the future.† Said by Larry Ellison, Oracle co-founder. I continue planning details ahead so that I know where I’m going to proceed. My business will be a limit liability company called â€Å"True Love.† My vision for True Love is it will start out little and over time will grow into my immeasurable picture. True Love is a business where people will be able to rent out a place for an event or weddings. The services we will pr. .ok up to. Every time I travel somewhere in the community they always ask are you related to Roger? I tell them yes with pride and they say you are a very lucky girl. I tell them no I’m not but I will tell you one thing I’m grateful and honored to be his granddaughter to a wonderful man. I want to be well known in the community and nationwide. I will strive to be the best I can be to become like my role model. To have people look at yours truly like a great boss. To be outgoing and friendly to all clients and guest. To extend my life long goal to achieve my high expectations for my dream job. To catch my dream job I need to gain experience to achieve my goal. To have the knowledge that I need to be successful. I need to become a CEO that has a much pride as my grandpa. When I create my dream job I will become my success in my future, I will have my new tomorrow.
